So how did you feel when you got here and you felt you couldn’t speak very well?
It was really frustrating um not being able to communicate with people about how you feel or if you have any problem, you can’t actually explain what’s going on so I felt really frustrated
and I found that I really had to improve quickly and I did everything to improve quickly.
I felt like this student when I was in Japan and I couldn’t even order food in a restaurant. In fact, I had to wave to the lady to come outside so I could point to a plastic model of the dish I wanted in the shop window!
