So in your country, how did you learn English?
Um with textbooks which wasn’t very good…we had a uh french speaker who was teaching English so no, no accent, no English accent whatsoever um and also the level in France is not that great when you learn English, we learn the alphabet at university, so it wasn’t very good um and when I came here it was really a shock for me cause yeah I didn’t know much, um yeah so no practice, no, no speaking, it was mainly writing…
