I got the chance recently to pitch in an elevator for one minute to a well known entrepreneur. I learned something really important – don’t pitch cold. No matter how many times you might have learned it in your head, unless you physically practice it aloud on a continual basis, you run the risk of it coming out garbled. You never know when you might get the chance, so get it right. At least he got my BUSINESS CARD!
